One of the first mistakes people make when they start exercising is not allowing their body to rest. Take it easy tiger! If your body is not used to working out it can become fatigued easily. In these situations the chance of injuring yourself is higher. Therefore you should listen closely to your body, avoiding any nasty accidents. Aim to include 5–10 hours of moderate intensity cardio exercises each week. Two of these hours should be activities which build strength, for example lifting weights.
